Independent gite on large common ground, kitchen, dining room, living room, 2 bathrooms, 2 shower rooms, 4 bedrooms (2 double beds, 4 single beds, cot), separate wc on the ground floor. Upstairs : 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and lounge area on the mezzanine. Equipment: Washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, television, limited service telephone, gas and electric heating, Baby equipment: cot on request, high chair. Garden furniture, common barbecue, terrace. Shared grounds of 15,000 m² (annual rental + another gite on the same grounds with private area of 1,000 m²). Parking in front of garages only.
