The property consists of a charming old farmhouse comprising a living room, a kitchen/dining room, and a shower room with WC. Board games and books are available in case of (rare) rainy days.

A second house completes the estate. You will find three bedrooms with double beds and storage, one of which offers all the comforts for baby (bed, changing table, high chair...). The fourth bedroom allows four children to sleep and enjoy their space (toys of all kinds included). The house also has a bathroom (with bathtub), a shower room and a separate toilet.

Outside the house, you will enjoy a shaded terrace with tables, lounges and plancha to enjoy the long summer evenings. We also think of your children who will be able to have fun in the hut with platform in a pine tree or with the portico!

In the heart of an 8000m2 wooded park, nothing will be more pleasant than enjoying the heated swimming pool, the petanque court, the ping-pong table or the sauna!

Village of Lit-et-Mixe 5 minutes by car. Market every day in summer. Shops and restaurants.

*Cleaning not included. We offer a cleaning package for 200€. A cleaning check will be carried out during the inventory of fixtures at the end of the meeting.
*Sheets and towels available on request at a rate of €30 per double bed and €15 per single bed.
