Quiet House

Spend your holidays in peace, surrounded by vineyards in the Medoc in Vertheuil. . Landes style house of 150 m², on a plot of 2000 m² with trees. Unheated chlorine swimming pool secured by an alarm.
On the wine route, close to St Estephe and Paulliac. The ocean is 1/2 hour away.
It consists of 3 bedrooms including a master suite on the ground floor, the other 2 bedrooms and the bathroom are upstairs, a large living room with fireplace, terrace and equipped kitchen.
The capacity is 7 people and 1 baby.
On a fenced adjoining plot, belonging to us, are our animals, chickens, geese and alpacas. In order to come and feed the animals, during your stay, we guard the pedestrian access to the gate to be able to enter their plot.
No parties.
Our animal friends are not accepted.
