The newly remodeled home has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and boasts an amazing 1856 sq. ft. of living area to relax and unwind from a day at the beach or some shopping and sight seeing. This home has a 2 car detached garage and 6 new bikes with helmets and locks, beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler and outdoor gas grill. Minutes from shopping and restaurants at the Mercato, Turtle Club, Ritz Carlton and supermarkets. The home sits on a nicely private corner lot with an outside lanai for morning coffee or evening cocktails while grilling your dinner after a beautiful Florida day. You'll love the spacious family room with game table, games, puzzles, books and comfy furniture or relax in the front living room/study. The modern dining room is spacious for meals or pull up to the kitchen bar and have drinks and hors d'oeuvres. Truly a wonderful home and space to enjoy your special vacation.

My husband and I are originally from St Louis, Missouri but after vacationing in Naples for the past 15 years, we decided to move here permanently and haven't regretted it one day. The steady climate and calming seas are the magic of Naples.
Why they chose this property
I always wanted to own a vacation rental property and my vision soon became a reality in Feb. 2021 with "Home Sweet Home". We completely remodeled the home including fresh paint inside and out, new electrical panel, new kitchen & bathrooms and roof.
But, most importantly a new pool/spa, sun shelf will be completed by Dec. 2021!!

I love the home we purchased because of the close proximity to world renowned
Vanderbilt beach, the wonderful upscale shopping, many sight seeing activities and the finest restaurants close by. Naples pristine landscaping and tropical climate is so relaxing as you stroll for a walk or bike (about a mile) to the beach. "Home Sweet Home" has all the amenities you'll need to make your vacation a memorable one.
