Gorgeous pool home with close proximity to two beaches, Ritz Complex and Mercato shopping. Backyard is fenced on all three sides for complete privacy with new pool cage. Salt water pool is heated both solar and heater so the water temp is ideal entire year. Outside shower to rinse before one enter home. Our Inside the great room living area boasts high ceilings and lots of natural light leading to an open kitchen design. There are three generous size bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms with enough space for you, your family or guests. The primary suite has large sliders giving access to the pool and patio. Hard to beat this location... 2 blocks away or 6-7min bike ride to 2 Naples best beaches.

Great place!

We had a great time in Naples. The house was spacious, clean and well equipped. Weather was just a bit colder for an ocean swim, but the pool was nicely heated so we did not miss any fun. Having a beach and shopping within a walking distance makes me thiink that we may not need a car next time. Thank you, we hope to come back again soon.

Good beach house with a great pool. The only problem was one of the bedrooms was full of spiders so we closed that door and didn’t use that room.

Great Vacation Home

Fantastic property. Very clean, updated throughout and a very nice outdoor area with a cover lanai and heated saltwater pool. The house is exactly as advertised. It even come with 2 bikes and all you need to spend the day at the beach, which is a short bike ride from the house. Additionally, the owner is extremely responsive and accommodating. We'll be back!

Lovely 3 BR home with pool

Greeted by host after check in. Host was very responsive. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay while I worked locally. Home was convenient to the beach and local restaurants. Kitchen provided adequate appliances, dishes and utensils. A TV in the master bedroom would be a nice addition.

Beautiful and very comfortable house

We had a lovely stay. The house has everything you could possibly need for a perfect vacation. Spacious, lovely home with beautiful and simple decoration, which makes it perfect for families traveling with children. The lviing room has the most perfect couch ever. Close to everything. Igor the host was extremely nice and replied promptly, and was into every detail to make sure we had the best time, and we did! Highly recommend and will definitely come back!
