Welcome to Cisco at The Seasons (Unit E)! We have completely updated this gorgeous two bedroom, two and a half bathroom condo and are excited to host you and your family in Bear Lake! This condo has two levels. The main level features a fully stocked kitchen, living room, and half bathroom, and an upstairs where both bedrooms are located. The large common area on the main level offers seating for 10-12 for dinner and/or watching your favorite movie on the large wall-mounted flat screen TV. It also has a fireplace for added warmth and a cozy feel. Jump out on the deck for for a barbecue on the propane grill with tables and chairs and enjoy the beautiful Bear Lake weather! Enjoy the evenings in the large grassy backyard while playing yard games or gathering as a family! The laundry is located in the hallway with a stackable washer/dryer provided for guest use. A very comfy "Perfect Sleeper" sofa sleeper on the main level and multiple air mattresses enable you to maximize the space in this beautiful location. (In total, 10 in beds, not including the air mattresses).
For your convenience in planning, here is the arrangement of each of the bedrooms (both located on 2nd floor): Master: King sized bed (sleeps 2) 2nd Bedroom: Queen sized bed, two sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds (sleeps 6) Living Room: Full sized pull out couch (sleeps 1-2)
Parking is not a problem at The Seasons like it is at so many places in Bear Lake! The vacant unpaved lot to the west as well as the unconnected street are available for guests of The Seasons to use for parking boat trailers or other large vehicles.
Perfectly located in the heart of Garden City, this unit will fit all of your vacation needs, whether spending the weekend for a quick getaway, or a week of relaxing away from the stress of working in the city. Located directly west of LaBeau's and Merlin's Drive Inn, the grocery store/Shell gas station, and all the shops in downtown Garden City. Summit Pizza is 1 block south of Cisco. The Bear Lake Marina is less than a mile to the north of Cisco for launching your boat. Great golf courses are available in either direction, north or south! For winter visitors, you're only 15 minutes away from the best skiing to be found anywhere at Beaver Mountain Ski Area! And the amazing terrain for snowmobiling in Tony Grove or Franklin Basin attract visitors from around the the country!

We enjoyed our stay very much. My family can't wait to go back next summer. The condo was very clean and comfortable place to stay we all had a great time
Really enjoyed our stay here at this property. Overall, everything was really good. There were a few minor repairs that need to be made on the property, but it didn't detract us from enjoying our time there. We would stay here again.

Bathroom on main floor was running when we arrived. Dishes were not clean. Kitchen was not clean. Everything else was great. Had a great time, it was very close to town.
This property was perfect for our family. The property manager, Matt, was fantastic. A few of the amenities we appreciated were a stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, and ample seating for everyone. We were able to walk to almost everything. We would definitely stay again.
My husband, along with my daughter and her 5 kids had a wonderful stay. I've been going to Bear Lake for over 50 years. This is perfect location and the accommodations were fabulous. The host was very quick to respond to a few needs we had. I highly recommend this condo.
This was a great place and accurate to the positive online reviews. We made a few meals in the kitchen, which was nice. It is within walking distance to the popular food places try the famous raspberry shakes. It is about .5 miles from Mikes grocery story and the Mariana.
Great location and access to restuarants and rentals. About 27 minutes to the northshore beach. Close to the trails. A few minutes away from the marina. Parking lot for trailers. Quiet, clean and fun place to stay. Highly recommend!

Great location. Great price for a family of 5. Would have enjoyed a larger TV and better seating for us to enjoy at the end of the day of skiing. Some of the kitchen areas and bathroom floors were not very clean, but overall it was mostly clean and we really enjoyed ourselves. Quick responses from Manager. We would stay again.
We enjoyed our stay (4 adults, 3 children - ages 4, 6, 8). The property was exactly as pictured and advertised. Terrific response and communication with property manager.
3 critiques - ceiling fan in master does not work - 2 burnt out light bulbs over kitchen table - medium sized tupperware containers needed for storing leftovers
Overall we would definitely stay here again.

This place is beautiful..inside and out. I just wished it had some travel sized shampoo and conditioning. There was a coffee pot but no coffees. We didnt mind buying the stuff, we just didnt want to leave what we bought due to covid safety that it would just get tossed.
The property was nice but I was disappointed with the condition when we got there. Towels had stains and were dirty, master bathroom shower didn't drain, master bathroom sink didn't drain, cooking utensils were dirty. The worst was there were some white stains (human discharge) on the extra blankets in the closet....... I wouldn't stay here again given the lack of cleanliness of the property.
This is a great property and can be a five-star rental if the management would put some TLC into it. We have stayed here for three years in a row every October (Bear Lake in the early fall is beautiful!). Remarkably, the exact same issues remain year after year. The principle shower does not drain (gross!) so we end up using the second bathroom shower. The principle toilet has a drip that is SO LOUD that it is impossible to sleep in the adjoining bedroom. This visit we managed to get the drip to stop and then never used the toilet again so we could sleep the remaining nights. The fireplace in the main salon has such potential; instead, it looks like a broken mess. We were afraid to use it! Sadly, these issues have never been taken care of for three years running...same issues every year. We will find a different place for next year's excursion.
Beautiful place, great location. This property is exactly as advertised. We loved that they added designated parking signs for the unit this time.
