Worked great for our family trip. 5 bedrooms with a full bed and twin over full bunk bed in one of the rooms and 4 bathrooms. Master suite upstairs with king bed has its own bathroom. Nice hot tub and 2 living room areas were nice as well. Grocery store in Lead just 8 minutes away has everything you would need. Loved that you had use of the garage with room to park 2 cars. House felt private especially in the back where the hot tub was.

The house was nice and clean. Great location. Towels were not great. Some of the smelled musty. It would also be nice to have some blankets to snuggle up with. Great kitchen space. We enjoyed our stay!

The house was beautiful and the view was exceptional. My only complaint was the house was not very clean, very dusty with lots of dusty decor. In my opinion, get rid of the dusty decor and keep things minimal so it can be cleaned easily.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was great, plenty of room for everyone. Great grands love the games and hot tub. Especially swimming in the pool at the Club house. Would highly recommend this property for large family get together.

Nice place and worked grear for our family!

House was new, nice and up to date. Plenty of space and located in a quiet spot. Had a few issues with water pressure and tempature control which could easily be improved.

Reviewer Comments: this was perfect for our family vacation. 3 families..places for everyone, close to all the things we planned on doing. the only issue we had was the grill was very dirty and therefore very smokey when we used it. it needs deep cleaning as cleaning the grates didnt resolve the issue.
