A local noise ordinance is in effect in Isle of Palms from approximately 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM, with stricter enforcement during nighttime hours.

We do not offer refunds for noise-related issues that are typical of a shared residential area and coastal community setting.

Great space with everything we needed for our bachelorette trip! Comfy couch area, updated bathrooms, excellent kitchen, and comfy beds. Would definitely recommend this stay.

The Pearl Suite was perfect for our group. It was located close to the shops and restaurants. The property and accommodation itself were clean. And the host communicated quickly and frequently. Highly recommend this listing.
The host was accommodating and home was comfortable. The only thing missing were TVs in the bedrooms and maybe some hooks/additional furniture in the smaller bedrooms for hanging/storing items.

Plenty of space in living room and kitchen for our group (4 people). Beds were very comfortable. It's about a 10 min walk to King Street, but this area is so cute and we felt very safe. LOVED staying here!

We wanted a roomy place that was not in the middle of all the action yet wasnt too far of a walk or quick Uber/Lyft ride from things and this place met those requirements. We had a few simple questions during our stay and they were reaponded to very quickly which we also appreciated. We would definitely recommend to family and friends to stay
