About this property

House in the heart of the golf course, 3 km from the ocean

A semi-detached house (attached on one side) that was completely renovated in 2023, ideal for accommodating 6 people.
Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, microwave, and freezer.
West-facing terrace with a view of the golf course, not overlooked by neighbors.
For children: high chair and travel cot with mattress available in the house. Child safety gates on the stairs.
The house is located in a holiday complex near the ocean, the lake, and in the heart of the golf course.
The resort features a 400 m² swimming pool heated from June 15 to September 15, a playground, a pétanque court, a beach volleyball court, and ping-pong tables. Bike rentals and a food lorry are available. With teen activities and swimming lessons available through Évolution2 Lacanau (link upon request).

On the ground floor:
a living area with a double sofa bed, a new kitchen with an oven, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, hob, and a spacious freezer. Shower with toilet and sink.

Upstairs:
3 bedrooms, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a separate toilet.

Please leave the house as clean as you found it upon arrival. On the day of your departure, please clean the worktop, the oven, and the hob.
