Schöne Unterkunft aber leider mit Nachspiel

Der Aufenthalt in dem Ferienhaus war sehr schön, allerdings können wir aufgrund unser Erfahrung mit der Einbehaltung eines Teils unsere Kaution nicht empfehlen die Unterkunft zu mieten. Wir waren mit vier Erwachsenen und fünf Kindern im Alter von 3-10 Jahren in der Unterkunft untergebracht. Nachdem wir abgereist waren, empfingen wir eine im Ton sehr unverschämte E-Mail, da wir das Haus angeblich zu verdreckt hinterlassen hätten. Neben den im Vorfeld gezahlten 165 Euro für die Reinigung wurden zusätzliche 150 Euro einbehalten von unserer Kaution. In keinster Weise haben wir das Haus wie vorgeworfen hinterlassen. Wir haben alle Zimmer noch einmal kontrolliert. Lediglich eine Windel ist im Stress der frühen Abreise im Zimmer liegen geblieben. Wir fanden schon im Vorfeld die Forderung von 1.000 Euro Kaution übertrieben, aber nun einfach 150 Euro zusätzlich einzubehalten, haben wir nach einige Erfahrungen in verschiedenen Unterkünften noch nicht erlebt. Wir können daher die Vermieter nicht empfehlen und raten ab die Unterkunft mit Kindern zu mieten.
