This efficiency unit offers complete privacy with a fenced in back courtyard for your enjoyment. Located just minutes from Englewood Beach and the shops/entertainment of Olde Village’s Dearborn Street. This unit has had a new kitchenette and bathroom cabinet along with new blinds, linens and pillows, new cookware/dishware, a new TV and much more. Cleanliness is my top priority and I assure you that you will be satisfied. Also if staying during the summer and ripe for the picking enjoy a fresh grown pineapple and avocados along with the sweetest Starfruit you’ve ever eaten during the fall months. Your host
I have lived in Englewood since 1987 when my family moved from New York State. Both my brothers, father and mother live in Englewood and love the small town -but growing fast- charm of this little beach town. Currently my mother is staying in the front half of the home while she is building her dream home and I am renovating my fathers home to add another small rental near Manasota Beach.

This property is perfect being located within walking distance from Englewood Beach and just a short drive to Middle and Manasota Beaches. I provide beach towels and a cooler if needed at n/c.
