3 Bedroom/2 bathroom single wide mobile home on 1/2 acre lot in a nice rural neighborhood.
Close to Amelia Island, Fernandina Beach, Jacksonville Zoo, Jacksonville Beaches,
St. Augustine, Cumberland Island, GA, St. Marys, GA, Jekyll Island, GA, St. Simons, GA and Brunswick, GA
Pet friendly and have fenced areas if your pet wants to enjoy some outside time. Please pick up after your pets. No parties. Must be 25 to book. We do have space to park trailers, boats, etc. but we ask that you let us know if need extra parking so we can accommodate for your needs

It’s private in a nice neighborhood that most people who live there have lived there for years. There is new construction going on across the street so it’s a growing area and centrally located to everything.
