I selected this "vacation villa" because it had so many of the features that the people I know said they wanted in their vacation. Some of the things they mentioned were an enjoyable private outdoor space, a kitchen that is usable, an easy walk to the beach, good restaurants at different prices nearby, outdoor activities, and quiet at night. This also has a large screened porch. I'm always delighted to know that my guests enjoyed their vacation.

Providing a restful and relaxing "home away from home" is one of my top goals for all guests. Making them feel special and appreciated is also important. That's why I put out some snacks, and have nice towels - and big Beach towels. It's a little extra time - and they're worth it!

This condo is the best ever! Host is amazing. Condo is clean and decorated in quality furniture, bedding, rugs, etc. Host leaves snacks, coffees, gallon of iced-cold water in fridge to start your relaxing vacation. Wraparound screened in porch is wonderful. I would highly recommend staying at this condo.

I'm glad you enjoyed your stay. The things you liked were all reasons that I selected that community. And the large screened porch was a big factor for me - and the feeling of privacy, with no building looking into the porch. I hope to be your host in the future!
