Villa Léventail

This charming, fully renovated family home in Cabourg, sleeping 6–7 people, is ideally located in the heart of the town, a 5-minute walk from the beach and right next to the market and city centre.
You can enjoy the garden for meals as well as for moments of relaxation and family togetherness.

The accommodation:
Your home away from home for the duration of your stay.

On the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious entryway with a coat closet, a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, induction cooktop, Nespresso machine...), that opens onto the dining room, a living room (TV), a laundry room (washing machine), and a separate bathroom.
Upstairs, you’ll find a large landing leading to 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with toilets. Two bedrooms are furnished with 160 cm double beds, and the third has bunk beds with an additional pull-out bed.
In front of the house, you’ll enjoy an enclosed garden equipped with tables, chairs, lounge chairs, and a charcoal grill.

Free street parking is available.
Keys will be handed to you in person.
You may check in starting at 4:00 PM on the day of your arrival, and check-out is by 11:00 AM.
Additional notes
The house has a fiber-optic internet connection.
We provide baby equipment (travel cot and high chair).
The house is smoke-free.
Pets are not allowed, either inside or outside the house.
Linens are provided (sheets, towels, and tea towels), and end-of-stay cleaning is included.
