This place is HORRIBLE !! this property is a SCAM !!! Do not stay here the pictures are Fake !!!!! The address is wrong it’s further into town, the check in was not professional, no parking in the property (not safe to park outside) and the rooms are nothing like the property. DO NOT STAY HERE. There are better options in this town. STAY AWAY!!!! DONT STAY HERE !!!!

Rustic but clean

Enjoyed staying here. We really like the mirador side. It was a hassle in that we didn’t get instructions from casago on how to get keys and got temporarily stuck in courtyard. Once we got keys all was well. There is construction outside the front door but that should be temporary. We would love to stay here again!

The right place for the price

Nothing fancy but it had everything we needed and nothing we didn't. Had a little hiccup with check in. Be sure to communicate with the property management company before you get down to Mexico because we had an issue with the internet and could not access our email for confirmation info. Also, their office is near the entrance to town (next to the Little Caesars) so you should check in there before you get all the way to the property. We also couldn't find a way to access the pool area which was listed in the property ad but we still had a great time at the beach nearby. Would stay here again! Thanks.

Bumpy start. Ended smooth

My partner who was on the guest list went to check is in. I came later thank goodness cause since it was booked under my name they would let her check in. I get it and understand but I sent a message letting them know her info and she would be checking in early as we had to go separately, I was told that was fine and she is an added guest so no problem. I almost didn’t make it this weekend and she would have had no where to stay. After I checked in it was fine. Room was very simple and just as advertised. I would stay again but definitely make sure whoever booked it HAS to check in

Hi Michael Hope all is well. Thanks for sharing this review I will let our staff know, unfortunately, our check-in policies are strict due that we need to verify your information before we check you in and the signatures of the paperwork however if they let you know that your friend could check in early they should have to Honer it. My best Regards Cosago reservations
