The Layout & Sleeping Accommodations: Ground-level entry featuring an open-concept living area, fully stocked kitchen, group dining space, and a half bath. Upstairs, the master retreat boasts a plush Queen pillowtop bed, ice-cold 3-ton A/C, en-suite Italian tile rain shower, 50" Smart TV, and a private entrance via the scenic upper-level balcony. Right next door is the kid and crew bunk room, featuring a sturdy twin bunk bed and two full-size trundle pull-out beds (sleeping up to 4 guests), a 47" Smart TV, and a collection of family board games.

Outdoor Living: Unwind on the huge beachfront sundeck equipped with BBQ grills, patio furniture, an outdoor shower, and stairs leading right down to the sand. Launch paddleboards or explore tide pools from your backyard.

Having spent so many years enjoying this exact stretch of coastline, we completely fell in love with the tight-knit community feel, the stunning water views, and the unique, relaxed coastal lifestyle. We knew this was the absolute perfect spot to share our love for the beach with guests who are looking for a genuine, welcoming, and peaceful escape.

To bring this vision to life, we custom-built our two-story beachfront building to feature four completely separate rental units sitting right on the water. It offers the perfect, rare blend of together-time and privacy. Your group can gather on the beach all day, yet everyone can retreat to their own private unit to unwind. Combined with our decades of family history and constant modern updates, it provides an authentic, comfortable beachfront experience you won't find anywhere else!
