Le Clos Chaillan, Maison de Charme en Touraine

Enjoy this fabulous typical Touraine accommodation for up to 10 people. Ideally located to visit the castles of the Loire. This house built in 1843 faces the Loire and is 20 minutes from Tours.
Unique walks along the banks of the river await you. Just go down the staircase to the levee...
Two equipped terraces await you, one to the north along the hillside, another facing south in the shade of a lime tree according to your desires.
The Ground Floor:
The living room is equipped with a 4K screen with Canal + and Netflix. Enjoy the wood stove in mid-season. Wood is provided.

The kitchen has a large fridge with freezer. 1 5-burner gas piano and large volume electric oven. Complete cookware and crockery.
1 bathroom, shower and toilet
1 Closet with washing machine and dryer.
1 Wardrobe.
1 dining room with all the necessary crockery.
1st floor:
Bedroom 1: 1 bed 140 cm, articulated, electric.
Closet with Wardrobe.
Bedroom 2: 1 bed in 160 cm. 1 closet available.
Bedroom 3: 1 bed 160 cm, Closet with wardrobe.
1 large bathroom (shower or bath), WC.
2nd floor:
1 open space of 60 m2 with 1 large bed in 160 cm insulated. 1 bed in 140 cm divisible into two beds.
1 large desk
1 closed bathroom with multi-jet shower.

week end familial. Le jardin joliment arboré et ses terrasses abritées nous ont permis de passer de très bons moments malgré les températures exceptionnellement chaudes. Merci encore pour l’accueil qui permet de se sentir tout de suite à l’aise dans cette belle maison.
