Very nicely furnished home with plenty of beds and well stocked kitchen. Close to many points of interest in Tours. We had a large van and were able to park it on street in front of garage.

I had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful home with my family for 29 nights; it was spacious and comfortable with modern kitchen and bathrooms. The AC worked well during the heatwave . The host was communicative and very helpful and kind. I hope to return sometime in the near future

House was exactly as described. Close to the Halles des Tours for easy market shopping and plenty of restaurants. A short walk to Place Plumereau with plenty of places to eat. Very comfortable stay, would definitely come back.

The house was very well set up for our group of 5 adults. Very clean and had everything we needed for cooking meals and staying comfortable at night with AC units in each room (it was quite hot the first two nights we were there outside). Cute area outside to gather and talk or eat our meals. Host/property manager was very responsive. Suggest reading the check out instructions very carefully as we forgot to do a few minor things like turn off AC, close a window, and put bedding on the end of the bed, so we might not get a 500 deposit back. Most VRBO places don’t require a deposit before you can check in. That is the only thing we didn’t like about this place. Otherwise, we would highly rate this place as it is in a central location and has been beautifully restored.

We want to reassure you and future guests: the $500 deposit is only for physical damage, never for minor checklist oversights. You will receive your full refund. We only ask to turn off the AC and close windows for energy saving and security. Regarding your refund request for the final night: because you chose to depart a day early without notifying us—leaving the AC running, lights on, and windows open—we cannot refund that night as it was contractually reserved for you. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et sommes vraiment ravis de cette location ! La maison est très agréable, parfaitement propre et correspond exactement aux photos et à la description.L’emplacement est vraiment idéal : à seulement quelques minutes à pied des commerces et du centre historique et touristique de Tours, tout en étant située dans un petit coin très calme. C’est vraiment appréciable de pouvoir tout faire à pied et de retrouver ensuite le calme de la maison.La maison est également très bien équipée : extérieur très agréable, climatisation dans chaque chambre ainsi que dans le salon, et de très belles prestations dans l’ensemble. Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié toutes les petites attentions à notre arrivée : produits d’entretien et tout le nécessaire étaient à disposition, ce qui est vraiment pratique lorsqu’on arrive en location.Tout était réuni pour passer un très bon séjour : la maison, son confort, son emplacement et l’accueil. Nous nous y sommes sentis très bien et y reviendrions avec grand plaisir. Une adresse que nous recommandons sans hésiter !
