Family House between town and mountain with garden & swimming pool. Beautiful view On the Alps, even from the bedrooms for wonderful awakenings and sunsets. 5 minutes from Gap town center & close to all sporting activities: mountain hiking, golf (Gap-Bayard Golf), downhill cycling, treetop adventure course, (Jungle Laye Park, the largest adventure park in the Hautes-Alpes), water activities at Lake Serre Ponçon, etc... You can also enjoy the house, its exterior and the private swimming pool, the joy of a BBQ on the terrace and a day by the pool without having to move.

This house is our family home where we usually meet with our friends & family for great times !!
