Bright living room of 30m2 with equipped kitchen (oven, 4 gas burners, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, hood, bread grill, kettle, etc.), dining table, wood stove, sofa bed 2 places, TV.

A master bedroom with a 160 cm bed.
Another bedroom with 3 beds (2 bunk beds of 90 and 1 bed of 80)

Baby cot available on request.

Separate toilet with washbasin
Fenced and wooded garden of 500m2, including two terraces and equipped with garden furniture, parasol, and barbecue. No vis-à-vis, calm and tranquility assured. Private parking space.

Sheets and towels are provided for your stay.

Holidays punctuated by the beaches of Bretignolles sur mer and Saint Gilles croix de vie about ten minutes away. Its 5 markets per week. Les Sables d'Olonne 30 minutes away and the Puy du Fou 1h10. Many cycle paths from the house to get you where you want. The Jaunay lake is 5 minutes away for beautiful walks with family or friends. For fishing enthusiasts, the place is ideal. Not far from the house, you will have the choice for many activities: canoeing, cycling, tree climbing, paintball, horseback riding etc.
Cleaning to be done before leaving the accommodation or cleaning package in addition to the rental price of 100€.
Arrivals from 16:00 (possibility to bring forward the hour depending on availability) and departure at 10:00 maximum.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung. Es hat uns sehr überrascht, dass die Bilder auch der Realität entsprachen. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. es ist sauber und gemühtlich ausgestattet. Die Lage ist etwas abgelegen und sehr ruhig. Der Strand ist in 10 minuten Autofahrt zu erreichen.
