Beautiful walks along the beaches, in the salt marshes and in the forest are available to you with dozens of km of secure greenways that lead you to Noirmoutier to the north or Saint Gilles Croix de Vie to the south.
Water activities: surfing or bodyboarding, kitesurfing, sand yachting, canoeing in the marshes.

With us, you are 30 minutes from Noirmoutier and the Passage du Gois, 45 minutes from Planète Sauvage, 1 hour from the Machines de l'île in Nantes, 1h30 from Puy du Fou.

Our house is classified as "furnished tourist accommodation 4 stars" by the Tourist Office of the country of St Jean de Monts.
The property is composed of a 4-room house, a heated swimming pool of 8m50 by 4m, a pool room and shelter, a terrace of 50m² and a plot of land entirely enclosed by walls topped with wooden screens and a motorised gate.
The house is equipped with a fitted kitchen including induction hob, oven, microwave oven, extractor, 2-door American refrigerator with water dispenser and ice maker, Nespresso capsule coffee maker, toaster and kettle.
2 bedrooms are each equipped with a 160x200 "Queen Size" bed and storage space with wardrobe and hangers.
1 bedroom is equipped with a double bed 140x200 and a single bed 90x200 and storage space with wardrobe and hangers
The living room is composed of:
- the kitchen-dining area equipped with a table and 7 chairs,
- a living room with a 3-seater sofa and 2 armchairs, a coffee table and a 65-inch (165 cm) Hisense smart TV
The house has 2 bathrooms with shower and sink, a separate toilet and an entrance/laundry room with a washing machine dryer.
The house has everything you need for interior maintenance: broom, mop, Dyson brand vacuum cleaner.
Outside, the property includes a heated swimming pool of 8m50 by 4m (max depth 1m70) with motorised shutter and automated salt treatment, a technical room with security camera, a terrace of 50m² (synthetic lawn), a parking space and a grassed area on the tower and at the back of the house.
The outdoor equipment is composed of 4 deckchairs and a 2-seater deckchair bed as well as a table and 8 outdoor chairs.
Free parking is also available in front of the property located in a cul-de-sac.
