Conveniently located within a short stroll to Suna Restaurant. Enjoy views of your own private small pond and brook. Swimming is not recommended. Whether you hike/snowshoe/kayak/paddle-board/x country ski/snowmobile/ice fish or just cozy up w/ a book there is something here for everyone to enjoy in this sun-filled home! Beach Pass included while staying for Dewey Beach which has paddle boards, kayaks, canoes, restrooms, snack stands and free parking, Georges Mill Beach is also included. Property also has security cameras at entry points for your security.

Please return all furniture pillows and blankets to where you found them and turn off lights, AC and turn down heat in cold weather to 60.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
The Tenant, agrees to hold the Owner/Property Manager harmless from any liability resulting from injury or negligence occurring on the property.
Please supervise any children outside by pond, firepit or play area use of areas at own risk. Owner is not responsible.
