Maison Althea Rosa is located in Nieulle-sur-Seudre, 33 km from the Saintes train station. It features a shaded terrace (with an electric awning) for dining and private parking in front of the house. A plancha grill is available for barbecuing.
This fully furnished holiday home features 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are upstairs, 2 large closets, a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher, and washing machine, a living room with a flat-screen TV, a dining room, and 2 bathrooms with showers—one of which is a walk-in shower—as well as a third toilet upstairs. Air conditioning in the master bedroom, which overlooks the pool and dining room. Wi-Fi available.

This family home is our second home, and we’ve taken great care to ensure it’s welcoming and comfortable for a family holiday or a short-term rental.
You’ll be greeted by Christine, who manages our concierge service and will explain how your rental works.
We’ve reserved the garden shed and some storage space for our personal belongings.

The area/area
Located in Nieulle-sur-Seudre, a town nestled between the oyster marshes of Charente-Maritime and the Atlantic Ocean, 19 km from Royan, 20 km from Île d’Oléron, 28 km from Rochefort, and 60 km from La Rochelle. Nieulle-sur-Seudre is the perfect destination in both summer and winter for exploring the beaches of the Royan coast, Oléron (Fort Boyard), La Palmyre Zoo, marked trails through the marshes, and museums in Rochefort (Corderie Royale) and La Rochelle.
In Nieulle-Sur-Seudre, you’ll find a bakery, a supermarket, and a post office, as well as a hair salon, a library, and a park with amenities (skate park, children’s playground, football field).
Port Paradis is a charming little oyster farm located on the outskirts of the village, right in the heart of the marshes.
