Let me show you my main house (which is fully equipped).
The house is 90 m² plus a 30 m² apartment in the garden; there are 2 separate living areas, 2 bedrooms, 3 double beds, and 2 single bunk beds (the mattresses are brand new). Both living rooms are equipped with a sofa that converts into a full-size bed (brand new).
Heating is provided by a pellet stove and radiators; the kitchens are fully equipped with cookware, a stove, and an American-style fridge (with water and ice dispenser).
No cleaning fee; please leave the place clean.

The 16 m² bedroom in the house has 2 double beds plus a single bunk bed; the bedding is very comfortable, and the bathroom features a walk-in shower.
There are also useful baby accessories available (see photo): 1 travel cot, a high chair, a baby bathtub, a potty, and a toilet training seat.
There is a sofa in the living room that converts into a full-size bed.
The kitchen features a Tassimo coffee machine (with pods), a French press (with ground coffee), a kettle, a toaster, a dishwasher, a double sink, a microwave, a gas stove, an exhaust hood, and a full-size refrigerator.
The washing machine, which includes an eco-friendly washing ball (no detergent needed), and the dryer are located in a closet.
The apartment has one bedroom with one double bed.
There is a sofa in the living room that converts into a full-size bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet.
The neighbors are friendly; please be considerate of them.

La Longère is located in a small stone village just 2 minutes from the port of La Guittière(the smallest oyster-farming port in France), where you can enjoy delicious oysters in unique huts
along the channel and at Veillon Beach—renowned for the dinosaur footprints still visible etched in the rocks— for its large beach and pine forest, as well as for its sand dune, which over the years and through storms has spread out across the ground, giving way to sandbars—perfect for kayaking or paddleboarding. Bike paths run right past the house and offer rides of varying lengths along the coast, suitable for all fitness levels.
You’ll be surrounded by forest and beach, with wonderful walks or bike rides to enjoy, as well as kayaking and paddleboarding in the warm waters of the channel that flows into the sea at La Guittière Beach or Le Veillon Beach, where you can still see
dinosaur footprints etched into the rocks.
When you wake up, you’ll have the pleasure of hearing the birds sing

The shop is located right off the bike paths in Talmont-Saint-Hilaire in southern Vendée, a town by the ocean and surrounded by marshes.
