This is exactly as advertised and just what we needed. It is essentially a nice hotel room with a lot more privacy and without the cost for the area. The neighborhood was quiet and we we were able to enjoy a few evenings on the patio. We would stay again if we were in the area.

Tyler was an awesome host and his property was exceptionally clean. Tyler allowed me to check in a bit earlier in the day so I could drop my luggage off as I went about the rest of my trip. Quaint but very small

This VRBO is located in a very nice neighborhood. The Casita is well kept and very clean. It was smaller than expected and there was not enough lighting in the room. I must say, that the temperature in the room was set at a Comfortable level. The size of the room, being what it was, we felt that it was overpriced.
