Enjoy some pool and outdoor fun in a resort-like backyard! The pool has a 35ft long water slide great for kids AND adults with a grotto and waterfalls. There’s a large hot tub (8-10 people) overlooking the pool. There are lounge chairs surrounding pool area. There’s a gas fire pit, horseshoe pit, cornhole, outdoor seating and gas BBQ. Pool towels and floaties are provided. There is a safety gate around pool side of yard.

The interior space (2400sqft) is nice and open and fully remodeled. There are 3 large bedrooms and 3 full baths (1 downstairs), the couch is big enough to sleep 2. There is a queen air mattress in downstairs closet also.
Spend your day outside by the pool then come in and continue the fun! There is plenty to keep you entertained inside with a Ping pong table, board games, DVDs, putting strip, Pac Man, and magnetic dart board.

• The kitchen is fully stocked with all cookware and utensils, blender, coffee maker, cappuccino maker, etc. Coffee and creamer provided. Basic spices, olive oil, foil, zip lock baggies are stocked as well. Please message with any questions.
• Gas BBQ and fire pit (no need for coals or wood)

• Pet friendly with a $75fee (2 dogs max) doggy door available upon request. Water and food bowl, small bed provided.

The house is located in the heart of Murrieta. It is less then 2 miles from the brand new Murrieta Hot Springs Spa/Resort. There are ample shopping centers close by. There are grocery stores within 1 mile. A new Costco just opened 4 miles up the road. The house is 10mins to Temecula wineries and old town Temecula with tons of restaurants and bars. San Diego county line is 20miles south on the 15 freeway. Disneyland is 60 miles away.

There are NO PARTIES/GATHERINGS or inviting additional guests not listed in booking or unless approved by host (up to 9). MAX PEOPLE ALLOWED AT PROPERTY ALL TIMES IS 9. The city has a noise ordinance after 10pm so outside noise must be kept to a minimum. Waterfalls in pool must be turned off by 10pm. The house is in a neighborhood so please be considerate.

• Late checkout (if available ) is $75/hr.
• Heating pool $120/day for May-September . $150/day for October -April . Of note the pool typically is warm enough in summer months into early fall that it does not require heating
* Please give 2 days notice to allow adequate time to heat. The heating of spa is included in stay.

There are security cameras around the perimeter of house (backyard, pool area) for safety. There is 1 security camera (not functioning ) inside of the house that is covered and does NOT work.

Things to note:
Gardener comes weekly on Mondays
Pool service is weekly on Tuesdays
Garbage pickup is Friday . Bins must be put back in backyard after. Housekeeping services provided twice a month for monthly stays.
