This fully furnished 2BD/2BA condo is located at One Medano Beach, Cabo`s most contemporary almost oceanfront residential tower. The building is located 200 Meters from the best swimming beach in Cabo (Medano Beach) and across the street from the Puerto Paraiso Mall which is home to world class shops and restaurants. It is a block from the Marina and walking distance to everything in town. Just a short walk down the hill to Medano Beach you will find many restaurants, bars and water activities.

This condo is located in a boutique building of 21 units in the heart of Medano Beach. This condo is situated on the right side of the 2nd floor and is approximately 1,500 square feet of indoor/outdoor living space. There are 2 bedrooms each with a king bed, smart tv, luggage racks and individual thermostat. Enjoy partial ocean views from the balcony.

The first floor common area has a BBQ, outdoor shower, heated pool and jacuzzi, tables with chairs and chaise lounges.

Access to the condo is from a private elevator with a key that your host will provide to you along with a front door key and main lobby door key code.

Medano Beach is a popular stretch of sandy shoreline in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. It`s known for its vibrant atmosphere, with plenty of beachfront restaurants, bars, and shops lining the coast. Medano Beach offers stunning views of Land`s End and the iconic rock formations such as the Arch of Cabo San Lucas. It`s a great spot for swimming, sunbathing, water sports like jet skiing and parasailing, and even enjoying a relaxing beachside massage. The beach tends to get busy, especially during peak tourist seasons, but it`s a must-visit destination for anyone traveling to Cabo San Lucas.

Great getaway spot

Accommodations were perfect. Very roomy fully stocked with and perfect location. One block from the beach, couple blocks from the marina and Walmart and a couple blocks from great restaurants. Couldn't ask for more.

Nice place near the beach

It was our first time to Cabo and we had a great time. The condo was very nice, modern and clean with easy access to the beach. Laura was a great host, always answering any questions we may have had. We would go back there someday.

Cabos sensational. Condo is equipped just right and these are luxury accommodations.

Nick and the condo staff were great!! The location is unbeatable. We had a minor hiccup and Nick and the staff were immediately on it, luckily it did not slow us down. We highly recommend this condo, it is very well kept.

The perfect vacation condominium

This is the perfect vacation condominium. It has everything we needed; located within a short walk from everywhere we wanted to go (beach, grocery store, restaurants, and marina). The second bedroom is a bit noisy at night. We will be coming back!

Enjoyed the house

The house was great and just a few minutes away from Medano beach. It had all the amenities that one would need including beach chairs and umbrellas. Nick was great, he met us and checked us in and was always available over text or to meet in person to answer any questions that we might possibly have! We would definitely recommend this place.

Great Location

This place was perfect for what we were looking for. It was close to the beach and all of the clubs and nightlife. It was also close to shopping and the new Walmart in apartment was very clean and we have no problems during our stay. There is an amazing little Mexican restaurant across the street. The breakfast is fantastic and we ate there every morning at night. The small restaurant it was packed and was delicious. We will definitely stay there again.

Property a short walk down the hill to the Marina. Condo is just as advertised. Front bedroom a little noisy at night with traffic but you'll adjust.

Nice comfortable

My wife and I spent 4 nights on this property. Location is great, we know the area well. Property is well stocked, comfortable, we appreciated the wifi and TV. Sol was great to work with, early check in was allowed, as we were moving from across the street. Comfort of this property was wonderful, almost as good as home. One item, the hot tub was used a lot by others and we did not feel comfort with it cleanliness, but since it is shared we were not upset. Overall a great place, great location and great communication from managers.
