Beautiful apartment of 48m2 air-conditioned, pleasant, 2 rooms (2 to 4 people) on the ground floor in a luxury residence, secure, quiet. Living room with sofa bed (140) and TV, opening onto a terrace of 48 m2 and small garden. Bedroom with bed (140) and storage space also opening onto terrace and small garden. All rooms are equipped with roller shutters. Walk-in bathroom with shower, sink, bidet. Independent kitchen equipped with hob, convection oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher.etc... Crossing apartment, beautiful exposure (east/west). Private garage.
The terrace is equipped with a tank, a table, chairs, deckchairs and deckchairs and an elliptical trainer.
Bus and shops (supermarket, bakeries, snacks, laundry, etc.) are at the foot of the residence. 15 minutes walk from the beaches, the port, the old town. 10 minutes from the motorway.
Linen for bed and sofa bed, towels.

Appartement moderne, très propre et parfaitement conforme à l'annonce. La résidence offre un cadre paisible avec une super piscine. Un coup de cœur particulier pour l'accueil : la personne sur place s'est montrée très chaleureuse et particulièrement arrangeante du début à la fin. Un service attentionné qui fait toute la différence.

Belles prestations immobilières

Appartement très bien équipé, agréable petit jardin, proche de la gare 15 mn à pied. Bon accueil résidence calme. Agrément de la piscine et du tennis.

Un tres bel appartement

Trés bel appartement, bien situé, piscine agréable, literie ok, voisinage sympa et surtout clim qui fonctionne. Un léger petit bemol sur le nettoyage quand je suis arrivée. Néanmoins cela n'a pas entaché mon séjour. Merci pour votre confiance.

Magnifique séjour

L'appartement est vaste et bien agencé. Très proches, les transports en commun permettent la découverte d'Antibes et de la région sans se perdre dans l'intense circulation.
