About this property

OCEANVIEW OCEAN LAKES 1096 HOLIDAY INN SECTION 5 BR 3 BATH

5 BR, stilt house that is seven houses from the beach. So close, there is no need for a golf cart! You can enjoy both decks for sunning and viewing the oceanfront. Enough parking for 3 vehicles comfortably.** Golf carts are available through Ocean Lakes.
Also Ocean Lakes now has a water slide and lazy river that is available to renters.

This custom built home has an open floor plan with the Master on the main floor. Sleep comfortably on the king size bed in the master suite. The kitchen, dining room, and den are conveniently located on the main floor. The second floor accommodates 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. Linens are not included. You can contact our linen company for sheets and towels or use any of the Ocean Lakes approved venders. The second floor balcony has a beautiful ocean view.



Check in time is 3:00PM and check out time is 10:00AM

**After the balance is paid I put your information in Ocean Lakes web site for the parking pass.(Express Pass). Ocean Lakes will contact you via e-mail. You will give Ocean Lakes the information about your vehicles and Ocean Lakes will give you information about how to pay for your car passes. You will be able to get them so you won't have to stop at the office when you arrive.
Only weekly rentals are allowed from the weekend before Memorial Day to Labor Day. Saturday to Saturday.

Our stay had no issues. Everything went great! Clean house. Great host with great communication. I would recommend that if you are bringing toddlers, bring a baby gate for the stairwell inside the house and front porch. Highly recommend this house. Would stay again no problem.

Our family was SO pleased with this home. It was super clean, had plenty of cooking items, plenty of chairs for the patio, VERY close to the Beach! And the Seller communication was very quick! We want to stay in this beach home again!

Lovely Home

Our family greatly enjoyed our stay at the Freeman’s home. It is very clean and well kept. The communication was fantastic. The close proximity to the beach made it is easy to come and go as we wanted. We would definitely stay here again.
