La cuisine est entièrement équipée : plaque de cuisson avec hotte intégrée, four, micro-ondes, cafetières, lave-vaisselle, robots ...
L'arrière cuisine est dotée d'un lave-linge, sèche-linge, évier, table à repasser et fer, rangements et frigo complémentaire.

Fabulous villa in tranquil surroundings!

We had a wonderful time staying in this fantastic luxury villa. High quality furniture and fittings throughout. The air conditioning was quiet and highly effective which together with the wonderful pool ensured we were always very comfortable throughout our stay. The hosts were extremely friendly and welcoming, very discreet but lived nearby to help with anything if required. Will definitely return again!

Better than the photos

I’ve stayed in a few great properties and some not so good ones. This is definitely one of the greats. Anne and Lionel are wonderful hosts, always responsive and helpful. The home is spacious and very comfortable with everything you need, but not cluttered. The property is in a good location, quiet and only a few minutes into town or 15 minutes into Avignon. Grocery stores and boulangeries are close in town. All the bedrooms have their own excellent showers which, for size reference, could fit two people and the beds are very comfortable. The grounds are kept beautifully and I’ve never said this in a review before but the property and home are better than the photos present. We spent ten days here and will do it again when returning to Provence.

Tout simplement parfait !L'amabilité et l'accueil des propriétaires, la grande qualité du logement et de ses extérieurs ainsi qu'une situation de premier ordre pour visiter Avignon et les magnifiques sites environnants.Le bien est neuf.Il est très fonctionnel avec un équipement complet : air conditionné dans toutes les pièces, chaque chambre dispose d'une douche, l'espace vie est spacieux et la cuisine est full équipée.A l'extérieur, la piscine est magnifique et de belles dimensions, solarium avec transats et pergola bioclimatique.Surface engazonnée, boulodrome et carport pour protéger deux voitures !Seul bémol : devoir quitter ce petit paradis au terme de nos vacances :)A recommandner les yeux fermés !

Perfektes Ferienhaus in optimaler Lage

Wir haben unseren Urlaub hier sehr genossen. Das Haus ist nagelneu, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet. Es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Das Bett ist auch sehr bequem und die Matraze nagelneu und nicht durchgelegen. Die Küche ist sehr groß und es gibt insgesamt 3 Kühlschränke, weiterhin einen riesigen Fernseher. Das Beste ist aber der wirklich sehr schöne Pool, der übrigens nicht einsehbar ist. Dieser hatte eine Temperatur um die 25 Grad und war damit optimal für die Jahreszeit. Das Haus steht auf einem großen, sehr gepflegten Grundstück, drumherum sind bewirtschaftete Obstplantagen. Die Lage ist wirklich optimal um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Chateaurenard verfügt über diverse Geschäfte und natürlich auch Bäckereien. Wir sind hier morgens mit dem Fahrrad hingefahren, das sind ungefähr 1,5 km. Auch alle andere Sehenswürdigkeit und Städte sind in ca. 30 - 40 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. In der Mitte von Chateaurenard geht ein toller ausgebauter Radweg in beide Richtungen. Man kann hier bis 5 km vor Avignon fahren, 10 km sind es bis zur Stadtmauer. Auch nach Saint Remy haben wir eine Radweg über Nebenstrasse gefunden. Anne und Lionel sind sehr freundliche und charmante Gastgeber und wir können das Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Mooie villa met grote tuin en alle comfort

Ongelooflijke luxe in deze villa, echt alles was aanwezig en als het er niet is kan je het gewoon vragen aan de eigenaars die om de hoek wonen. Prachtige tuin en zwembad, wij hebben al vele villa’s bezocht in Zuid-Frankrijk maar deze steekt er echt bovenuit. Vanaf de poort van het domein opengaat staat je versteld van de schoonheid van dit domein.

Séjour de rêve

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Tout était merveilleux, les hôtes très gentils et discrets, un cadeau de bienvenue, le tout dans un très beau décor (parc, villa, piscine), calme, charmant. La villa est moderne, bien équipée, literie très confortable, douches parfaites, avec une belle décoration et sécurisée. La piscine est élégante avec des pierres de Bali. Je recommande fortement.

Wij hebben onze vakantie last minute geboekt ...ik dacht dat we geen mooie vakantie woning zouden vinden,maar ik heb dan VILLA LIANE gevonden op jullie website . Deze vakantie was fantastisch,ik zou deze villa aan iedereen aanraden ,zo mooi afgewerkte mooie villa ,heerlijk om er te vertoeven,mooi rustig prachtig zwembad,alles hebt u in huis ,airco,regendouche,mooie slaapkamers ,mooie moderne keuken en prachtige omgeving,en om niet te vergeten zeer aangename en vriendelijke eigenaars,als u een huis zoekt voor uw vakantie,ga dan zeker naar VILLA LIANE
