This is an exquisite, 615 square foot studio with an unbelievable view of the Strip. The studio has one king size bed and one queen size sleeper sofa. The full bathroom is marbled from top to bottom and large bath tub

Excellent views of the entire strip and quiet condo with a comfortable bed. Unfortunately there are quite a few things lacking about the condo from cleanliness, to horribly outdated technology. The floors were swept clean of debris, but really dirty when walking around barefoot. The lights, fake plants, light switches/plates look like they never get cleaned and there were stains on the curtains. When I said the technology is outdated, it appears the owner bought the condo 20 years ago and never updated anything. The old analog plasma tvs and square TV/DVD combo in the bathroom that doesn't even work. One of the living space tvs wouldn't turn on and the other one did, but never could get any sound out of it. Light bulbs flicker in the ceiling and old CFL bulbs in the lamps. Even with the amazing view it offers, I'll book another place next time in LV. Note: I did mention these items to the owner and he replied that he'll provide the feedback to Palms Place. That's a stupid reply when he owns the condo and should update the interior himself.
