The room was beautiful and comfortable. The host went above and beyond. I had a few hiccups during the booking and check-in process, but he helped me through the entire process. I did have to wait a bit for my room to get cleaned, but the hotel offered me some food credit (although I ran out of time to use it). It was a great experience.
