Beautiful 180-square-meter Provençal country house on a fenced, lush 2,300-square-meter lot in the sought-after area of La Capilla.
This home features 5 bedrooms—3 in the main house and 2 in an outbuilding near the pool. One of the bedrooms in the guesthouse is furnished with 3 single beds, bringing the total number of guests to 11.
Each bedroom has its own bathroom.
In the main house, a large terrace welcomes you with a large dining table and a Weber gas grill.
You then enter a living area with an open-concept kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with 2 refrigerators.
There are two bedrooms on the ground floor with a shared bathroom, and the master bedroom is upstairs with its own bathroom.
Outside, a set of patio furniture sits in the centre of a huge terrace that slopes down towards the pool—a 15-meter-by-5-meter saltwater, heated pool.
There are 8 lounge chairs and 2 umbrellas around the pool.
The area is quiet, and you can reach Tahiti Beach in 10 minutes on foot, or drive 10 minutes to the centre of Saint-Tropez.

Nice property well located

10 minutes to downtown, 10 minutes to the beach clubs. Very good location. First floor of the main house has two bedrooms, one with full bath and the other with just a shower and sink, plus a powder room, a well equipped kitchen, and a large family room with plenty of seating. Master bedroom upstairs has its own full bathroom. Two bedrooms are located outside the main house with separate keys and a full bathroom each. House is clean and spacious. The pool was very nice and got sun late into the day. There is air conditioning in every room. Trash bins are just a few steps outside. Had a lot of difficulty getting packages delivered to the house in advance of our arrival because the property is gated and the delivery drivers could not get access. One package was never delivered, and all but one of the remaining packages I had to pick up at the Ramatuelle post office (which is worth driving to). We had a couple minor issues with the house which were resolved relatively promptly. Overall enjoyed the villa and would stay there again.
