Wonderful area but be aware

Condo is outdated and in need of some repairs. Needs some tender loving care! Maravilla is a nice community and very close to beach. We like staying in this community but will not stay in this condo again.

Great Maravilla Condo!

The condo is dated but very clean. I appreciated how easy it was to communicate with the property manager when the wifi wasn't working. They were quick to respond. I would definetely stay at this condo again! The only thing I wish is that the beds were a tad comfier, they seemed hard.

Needs some things, just okay

Spacious, very bare bones, when we arrived, as far as basic supplies. They had to fix the ice maker & carpet looked old & needed cleaning. The furnace/air, as far as the fan, it ran continually. We complained several times, but no HVAC technician came. The managers employeee brought some extras, linens, when we asked. They replaced electrical outlets where the plus wouldn't, stay in. The pool area is nice & heated pool. Location very good.

The It's only chandelier looked a little crooked also the chair was a little dented over all we love loved it the nebors were very nice the beach was so close to walk to will most definitely stay here again today!!!
