Beautiful, well maintained property

We absolutely loved our stay here! Property manager was able to accommodate an early check in for us. Went thru a thorough check in showing us everything, even with a bit of a language barrier (thank goodness for Google translate) Sandrine is absolutely wonderful and super responsive! The house is beautiful, in a great location to really get anywhere you need to in Basque Country

La maison est très jolie, confortable et bien entretenue, surtout la vue est magnifique et le balcon/ terrasse extrêmement agréable. La communication s’est parfaitement passée, Sandrine s’est adaptée avec gentillesse à nos horaires. Petits points négatifs : le congélateur ne fonctionnait pas bien et la piscine n’était pas en service sans que cela soit précisé dans l’annonce.

Nous étions 12 personnes, très au large dans cette très belle maison répondant bien à l'annonce, nous avons d'autant pu en profiter que.. le temps était exécrable.. pluie et froid!! du coup le confort était apprécié, mais nous n'avons pas pu beaucoup profiter des extérieurs pourtant très beaux. Chambres bien réparties pour que chacun soit tranquille. Très bon équipement cuisine et vaisselle, de qualité. Espace salon et cuisine ouverte très spacieux et agréable. Que des bonnes ondes!Accueil parfait de Sandrine qui a su s'adapter à nos demandes!Donc, séjour parfait , adresse à recommander sans restriction!Merci à Alexis et Sandrine!
