The villa is located in a magnificent private domain protected by a very high gate.

The Villa also has its own gate and wicket gate to ensure you real tranquility.

On the ground floor, the villa is composed of a large living room opening onto a dining room, a TV lounge, a veranda (children's playroom), a glass roof (summer dining room), a large fully equipped kitchen (Gaggenau) and a dining area, a double bedroom, a bathroom, a small laundry room (washing machine and dryer).

Upstairs, you will have a very nice suite (king size bed) with dressing room, bathroom (shower and jet bath) and a small en-suite bedroom with a single bed.

In the Pool House: an outdoor kitchen and 2 bedrooms with double beds, a shower room.

The nearest shops are located in the city centre accessible in 8 minutes by car or in the Jalday area (very large Carrefour, bakery, and many other shops)

Be careful, pets are allowed but the garden is not completely enclosed (the fence is open).
