Nice home in Sydals with WiFi

This beautiful vacation home is located on the Kegnæs peninsula, which is connected to the southern tip of Als by the naturally created dam 'Drejet'. From the cottage it is only 300 m to one of the excellent bathing beaches, which have their charm in every season, whether you visit the protective dune hollows for sunbathing, relax to the rhythm of the waves or collect shells and beautiful stones in the sand. Here on the coast there should also be an opportunity to provide the family with freshly caught salmon, cod, plaice or garfish. On Als there are numerous historical monuments and sights, including some of the most famous castles and mills in Denmark. For example, in Augustenborg Castle from around 1770, a permanent exhibition tells of the dramatic history of the castle and the Augustenburg ducal family. The beautiful castle park and the ornate castle church can also be visited. In Sønderborg, several exhibitions at Sønderborg Castle tell of the turbulent history of southern Jutland under alternating Danish and German sovereignty. In the harbor of Sønderborg the many sailing ships and restaurants contribute to a cozy atmosphere and in Sønderborg you can also shop well. Those who want to delve into the history of southern Jutland will find good support in the 'Historiecenter Dybbøl Banke', an experience and storytelling house, which illuminates the events of 1864, which were so decisive for Denmark, with effective means. The opportunity for physical exercise is provided by beautiful hiking and biking trails that lead along green hedges and through lush forests. The windsurfer also comes into his own on Als.

Die Einrichtung ist in einem guten Zustand, es ist sehr gemütlich.

Die Einrichtung ist in einem guten Zustand, es ist sehr gemütlich.Der Wellnessbereich ist top und lädt zum entspannen ein.Es ist eine schöne und sehr ruhige Gegend.Die Bewertungen unten wegen Sauberkeit, Schimmel etc. sind etwas übertrieben. Im Nassbereich ist es normal, dass sich hier und da etwas Schimmel bildet wegen der Feuchtigkeit.Das Haus kann man definitiv weiterempfehlen :)

Vi har haft en virkelig skøn uge i huset, poolen var perfekt, spaen virkede og saunaen blev varm.Der var rent og pænt da vi ankom, robotplæneklipper var igang med græsset, masser af muligheder for at bruge græsplænen til diverse spil.En lækker overdækket terrasse,stole og liggestole nok til os.Der er kun en enkelt minus , der manglede et tørrestativ, men der masser af mulighed for at tørre badetøj i saunaen ( der er god varme uden at være tændt) Vi forventer at leje huset igen til næste år

Mangelhafte Sauberkeit

Grundsätzlich ein gemütliches Haus, sicherlich nicht das neuste, aber es wurde mit kleinen Details (Bilder, Miniboarde, Vasen und Blumentöpfe) und einer ansprechenden Einrichtung versucht, ein behagliches Feriendomizil zu schaffen, das nicht auf große Feiergruppen abzielt, sondern in dem man sich mit zwei Familien wohl fühlen und einen entspannten Aufenthalt haben könnte. Aber… Egal wie viel ein Ferienhaus kostet (1500€ für 4 Nächte auch kein Schnäppchen) und wie alt oder neu es ist, man möchte es sauber übernehmen (zumal man selber auch für die Endreinigung bezahlt!). Gemeint sind hier nicht die nicht zusammenpassenden Bestecke, Gläser oder Teller, die etwas abgesprungen, oder Möbel, die nicht neu, aber ok waren, sondern die mangelhafte Saubereit! Überall lag Staub auf den Möbeln, Glasabdrücke auf dem Kaminofen, die Spülmaschine war total verdeckt und hat vom Sieb her gestunken und nicht mehr sauber gespült, die Ecken in den Bädern waren mit einem „zähen“ Dreck bedeckt, die Fenster waren dreckig und z.T. verschmiert, Geschirr und Besteck war noch mit Essensresten behaftet, Kescher für tote Insekten im Pool fehlte, zerrissener Fliegenschutz vor dem Fenster, nicht entleerter Aschebehälter (übervoll) im Grill, nicht gemähtes Gras, kein Wäscheständer bzw. kaputt neben der Mülltonne, überall Spinnweben, die Dunstabzugshaube war ohne Funktion, es brannte nur das Licht und sie war von unten total versifft, ein benutzter Q-tip in der Sofaritze… Immerhin schien die Sonne ☀️
