On accède par des escalier à la grande terrasse 50m2 avec un coin salon, bar, une table et plancha pour pouvoir faire de bons diners, ou se reposer. On monte quelques marches et on arrive à la maison : cuisine ouverte sur la pièce de vie, le tout donnant sur une terrasse idéale pour le petit déjeuner ou le déjeuner., au même niveau Salle de bain.
