Le Studio de Saint-maixent Le Petit

PMR-certified. Located in a beautiful architectural complex consisting of a former chapel and a mill on the Salleron River. The PMR-certified studio is located right next to the Gîte Saint-Maixent le Petit, with which it can be rented together to increase capacity to 12—ideal for families. (In this case, see the “Le Tout à la Fois” rental listing.) Accessible from the wheelchair-accessible car park, it features a 160-cm bed with nightstands. Its fully equipped kitchenette, complete with a microwave/oven and induction cooktop, allows you to cook. A spacious bathroom with a wheelchair-accessible shower, sink, and toilet provides all the necessary comfort. It features a private terrace with patio furniture. A large courtyard and a large garden are available for shared use with the adjacent cottage. There is a swimming pool (not wheelchair accessible) at the back of the main house. Heating is provided by a central pellet-fired boiler.
