The neighborhood is a condensed subdivision of a row of townhomes. The neighborhood is fairly quite and not a lot of activity.
The property allows for four parking for average to small vehicles. Two parking spaces in the garage and two in the driveway. Please do not block the neighbors driveway at no time. We want to be great neighbors.
