Fitted sheets are not provided (2 of 140x190 and one of 80X190).<br>Towels / tea towels / shower outlet are not provided.<br><br>Arrivals and departures are from Saturday 4 pm to Saturday 10 am.<br>Regarding the rate, the tourist tax is included. The payment of the deposit (30% + Vrbo fees) is made at the time of booking. The balance of the payment is defined according to the conditions provided by Vrbo.<br><br>The "holiday" insurance certificate must be submitted no later than the day of arrival.<br><br>It should be noted that in low season, from October to April, heating costs are additional to be paid on site. The metre reading is taken into account, and above 100Kwh/week.
