Located one block away from major freeway for easy access to get in and out of town.
15 minutes from Sky Harbor airport.
Nearby Metro bus route.
The condo is a gated lakeside community, that is home to a private lake.
There are dozens of eateries within a mile of the townhouse as well as movie theatre and kids adventure park and Crazy golf.
The private lake can be fished in, catch and release only and has mostly carp in it.
Two car garage and off street parking lot.

20 minutes drive from lake pleasant.
1.5 hours from Sedona
2 hours to Flagstaff

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please gather towels and put in washing machine, throw in detergent and start the machine. This helps us get a jump on cleaning. :-)
The garbage receptacles are at the end of the North Driveway.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quiet hours after 10PM Both overflow parking lots can be used during stay.
All Guest to the City Of Phoenix STR Rules and Regulations - any fees or violation charges issued will be passed through to the guest.
Please do not re-arrange or remove furniture, artwork or decor staged by owner. This will result in an additional cleaning upcharge.

Great Condo!

This condo was in a great location and we especially loved the lake with the paved walking trail. The ducks and geese were fun to watch! This condo had everything we needed for our stay! We enjoyed it so much!

We were really pleased with this property. We liked that we accessed the home through the garage, I enjoyed sitting on the patio and we liked having the paths around the lake to walk around.

Nice townhouse

We didn’t spend much time at the property - would have been tight for 5 adults for any extended amount of time. Property was clean and served as a good ‘home base’ for what we needed. Master bathroom is odd as there isn’t a shower curtain…

Our February Stay

The home was clean and well furnished with spices, coffee, kitchen items, etc. It is a Lovely home. The beds were incredibly comfortable. We were close to all kinds of shopping, restaurants and Hwy 17 so easy access to additional shopping and restaurants. We Loved our many walks around the lake and miss it. Collette was always available for any questions we had. The pool was not heated, so that was a little disappointing. We will be back. Thanks Collette

What was shown in photo inaccurate. Cleanliness was our biggest issue. Electric issues. The patio was not clean. BBQ did not work correctly. Ice machine and refrigerator did not make ice. A disorganized overall setting. Would not recommend this home.

Nice townhouse on a lovely small lake

We enjoyed our stay in this nice townhouse. Just surprised it is listed as a 3 bedroom since one of them is an open loft. Living and dining areas are pretty small, it was fine for just the two of us but wouldn't recommend it for more than 2 adults and a couple of kids.

Beautiful Stay

We had such a good time here. I couldn't of asked for it to go more smoothly. The house is clean and beautiful as well as the property, I highly recommend staying here. We even got to bring our Dog with us. Easy check in and out, and the host is a sweetheart! Your stay wont get better than this. Thank You for everything!
