Vast landscaped stepped garden, with a pond, a waterfall and a grotto. Skiing Champagny 5km, Courchevel 8km. Body of water fitted out with leisure center at 450m. Baths Brides les Bains 6 km. Public parking near the cottage. Sauna possible on request (wood sauna, contact the owner for use) Old village house in the heart of Bozel, renovated into a wooden chalet in 2019. Character decoration. Residential and commercial sector. Very sunny, lodging of very good comfort, bright. Double exposed balcony. Superb unobstructed view of the mountains and the village.
