A modern, luxurious newly built 300sqm villa in a plot of 2000sqm, only 2 km from the picturesque port of Naoussa overlooking the famous stones of Kolympithres beach, in a quiet rural area.

The 3 level villa consists of a living and a dining area in the pool level, a fully equipped kitchen, WC and 2 master bedrooms with king size beds, en suite bathrooms and verandas offering a sea view each. There is an external staircase that leads to 1st level where there is a master king size bed bedroom with en suite bathroom, coffee corner, mini freezer and a sea view veranda. The lower level consists of three bedrooms with en suite bathroom one of them includes the laundry machines. All bedrooms have built in closets, A/C and Wifi.

The villa offers a 15m swimming pool with salt water, a dining area with barbeque facilities under pergola and a garden with sunbeds and sea view. Private parking is also available.
