We had a great week at the villa, which is beautiful inside and out, crafted from local stone and stylishly furnished. The bedrooms are light and spacious, the beds comfortable and there’s plenty of room for 10 (2 families). The water pressure isn’t great but none of us minded. The charming kitchen is tiny but the outdoor coal bbq is fantastic and we prepared big dinners on several occasions. We spent most of our time outdoors on the many lovely terraces overlooking the pool and the sea in the distance. As the villa is in a quiet spot 30 mins walk from Naousa you really need a car or motorbike to get groceries and have dinner in the town. Naousa is very picturesque and is lively at night - very popular with the teenagers. It’s worth exploring further too: Lefke, golden beach, Piso Livadi & Antiparos.

This house is incredible! Paros is amazing and beautiful. The location of this beautiful home is perfect, and the house is just amazing. It's beautiful and comfortable. The house is very livable with many great places to relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery. The pool is great. Marianna is phenomenal. This home really is incredible. I am still blown away by it.

We had the most fabulous time staying at this property. The host was wonderful, the beds were very comfortable, the pool was great, air con good, overall a very enjoyable trip. We were sad to leave. Thank you so much Jason.

We had the BEST time at this villa in Paros! There were 10 of us girls and it was perfect super spacious, gorgeous views, and the pool/outdoor area gave us all the vacation vibes. The host was amazing and made everything so easy. Couldn’t recommend it more

This house is stunning! The hang out spaces and outdoor spaces are magnificent! We have atvs for our stay in Paros which I would recommend highly to explore. This was just less than 10 minutes from Nassaou.

Paros Villa

Property was in a great location, very comfortable, close to beaches and short walk to Siparos restaurant which we highly recommend. Accommodation kitchen is quite small and only main bedroom has AC.

We had a pleasant stay overall, and the villa has many positive features. The house is spacious, the pool is enjoyable, and the setting is very nice. The property has a lot of potential and can be a lovely place for a family holiday.We did, however, experience several issues during our stay. The water pressure was initially very low, and there were problems with several of the showers. There was also an unpleasant septic-tank smell in the bedroom next to the downstairs bathroom. To be fair, once we reported the issues, the owner responded quickly and took action, and everything was eventually resolved.One important point for larger groups is that there are only two bathrooms for 11 guests, which we found insufficient. The bathrooms are also quite dated and would benefit from renovation and modernisation.Families should also be aware of the immediate neighbourhood. Our neighbour called the police because our children were playing in the pool at around 3:15 p.m. There was no music or party, simply six children playing. We understand the quiet hours, but this made us feel that the villa may not be particularly suitable for families with children.Overall, we appreciated the management team's responsiveness and the fact that the issues were ultimately addressed. However, the bathroom facilities and some aspects of the property would benefit from improvement.

Magnifique villa, emplacement privilégié pour découvrir Paros !

Rien à dire, nous avons passé un formidable séjour dans cette magnifique villa, et nous reviendrons avec certitude. Jason et Alexandros ont été très aidant dès la réservation et pendant toute la durée du séjour. La maison est idéalement situé, à proximité immédiate des plages, et proche de Naoussa. Nous avions tout à portée de main pour passer une semaine idyllique. La maison est très confortable et décorée avec goût. La piscine, toute neuve, est un vrai plus. Les terrasses de la maison offrent de multiples vues sur l’horizon. Idéal pour un séjour prolongé à Paris, en famille ou entre amis.

Beutiful authentic Greek house

Highly recommending Dream villa! We were 3 families visiting Paros for the first time. We absolutely fell in love with the island! Jason's house proved to be a great home base. Location wise, we were a short ride from Naousa that offered shopping, restaurants and beautiful stroll through the old part of the city. We were surrounded by several great beaches, 5-25 min away. Every morning, I would walk to the closest one (in front of the Siparos Restaurant) for my morning swim. The houses it's self is beautiful!! It was larger then it looked on the photos. All bedrooms are spacious so our group of 10 was very comfortable. I loved the house décor and all the decorating details that perfectly reflected authentic Greek ambience. Plenty of outdoor space with great views. Two outdoor showers were great addition to two full bathrooms in the house. It was nice to shower under the stars on warm Paros nights. House kitchen is on the small size but it had everything needed for preparing mostly breakfasts as were eating out most of our meals (recommending having spices rack available for the guests). Dining room table was perfect for our large group. Internet connection worked fine inside the house and on the top verandas but it was not reaching to the lower level veranda. Communication with the owner and on site manager was good, they offered their assistance and responded to inquires. Mid week cleaning was provided. I would gladly stay at this house again.
