We are a premium true ski-in/ski-out home located above the Peak 8 base area of Breckenridge Ski Resort, directly on Four O’Clock Run.

The posted rate is for up to 18 guests and 5 vehicles.

⛷️ What Makes The Hacienda Great

1. LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION

Walk to the end of our street — it takes me about two minutes — and ski down to six lifts at the base of Peak 8.

There is:

* No traffic
* No parking hassle
* No need to wait in the gondola line
* No long ride to the mountain

And best of all, you can ski directly back to the Hacienda and into your private ski room with a heated concrete floor. 🔥

Our central location makes it incredibly easy to ski out in the morning, come home for lunch, relax for a while, and head right back out for another afternoon on the mountain.

2. ROOM FOR EVERYONE

The Hacienda has 8 private ensuite bedrooms:

* 6 King bedrooms
* 2 Queen bedrooms

* 10 total bathrooms

Every bedroom has its own private bathroom, so nobody has to wait around for a shower.

The large kitchen has seating for 19, with plenty of space for everyone to gather. The kitchen includes:

* Two ovens
* Gas range
* Large preparation area
* Dishwasher
* Refrigerator
* Two microwaves

There is also a large outdoor grill right next to the kitchen on the deck.

And, of course, plenty of refrigerator space for keeping drinks cold.

Relax in the private hot tub while enjoying beautiful mountain views, including the Continental Divide and your private ski run.

The Hacienda is decorated in a comfortable Western style that fits perfectly with the Breckenridge mountain setting.

But the comment I hear most often from our guests is:

🚗 PARKING THAT ACTUALLY WORKS

When you’re traveling with a large group, parking matters.

Our huge private parking area is professionally designed so five large vehicles can park without blocking one another.

No shuffling vehicles around. No asking your friends to move their cars. No worrying about street parking.

If you’re visiting in winter, a good snow vehicle is highly recommended.

🎿 A TRUE SKI-IN/SKI-OUT EXPERIENCE

The Hacienda is located directly above the base of Peak 8 on Four O’Clock Run.

You can ski out easily in the morning and ski home for lunch.

And when you’re finished for the day, you can ski right back to the house and into your private ski room.

You don’t have to deal with the long gondola lines — especially at the end of the day when everyone is trying to get off the mountain.

You’re already home.

The location is also excellent for skiers of different abilities, making the Hacienda a great choice for families and groups with mixed skiing experience.
