Great stay for a family reunion. The kitchen easily accommodates large groups, beds are comfortable, and it's a short walk to Main St.

Our family gathering was enhanced by this home and all its amenities. Within walking distance to Main Street and we took advantage of the free trolley to shop and the many choices of restaurants made this a wonderful time. Our host was responsive and we would not hesitate to return. 7 adults and 4 children ranging from 10 years old to 9 months enjoyed the spacious home with foosball, air hockey, ping pong and the many table games.

This property was wonderful for a large family.Enough rooms to go around for all 17 of us.The host was thorough in going through everything with us ahead of time. Something that I appreciated.The house was clean and well stocked.Being able to walk to Main St., Breckenridge was a plus.We would highly recommend this house and would stay again if the opportunity presents itself.

This house and location was incredible. We loved walking to main street for shops, coffee, food, and fun for the kids. The house was beautiful and we loved having the bedrooms and different areas to hang out. The hosts were incredibly kind, met us, helped unload our luggage, and were very responsive!There were some things that weren’t quite accurate with the listing that we expected to have (kayaks, outdoor gear) so that was a bit disappointing. It wasn’t the most little kid friendly ( a lot of stairs through the whole house, no baby gates, kids got splinters on the deck, no plastic cups). There were some other quirks, one room got very hot, an outdoor door wouldn’t work with the code, outlets didn’t work, kitchen oven didn’t seal and wouldn’t cook properly, laundry room door swung where you couldn’t reach the clothes, knobs we’re at the very top and couldn’t reach them. A lot do the carpets were stained. The outdoor couches were pretty stained and very thin and uncomfortable. With the amount of we spent, we were a bit surprised that there were so many little things.
