Aufenthalt gut, Erstattung Kaution miserabel

Der Aufenthalt war gut. Vom einchecken bis zur Abreise war nichts zu beanstanden. Nicht zu akzeptieren ist die schleppende Rückzahlung der bei Anreise zu zahlenden Kaution. Fast 6 Wochen nach Zahlung der Kaution habe ich noch immer keine Rückzahlung erhalten. Das ist durch nichts zu rechtfertigen und nicht zu akzeptieren. Novasol wird mich als Urlauber nicht mehr begrüßen können.
