You can have breakfast comfortably in the apartment above the rooftops of Travemünde before you get to know the beautiful side of Travemünde beach. Shops, restaurants and cafes can be reached in a few minutes on foot.

The apartment has the advantage that you can rent up to 3 apartments with friends in the same house, but everyone has their own entrance.

Sehr schöne, mit viel Schräge, Ferienwohnung. Die Aussicht ist nicht so toll, man guckt direkt in den Hinterhof einer Pizzeria. Aber da man ja nicht viel im Zimmer ist, war das für uns nicht ganz so tragisch. Als wir ankamen, war vor unserer Zimmertür alles voll gestellt mit Säcken von Bettwäsche und ähnlichem. Auch die Eimer und Wischer standen direkt vor der Tür. Am Sonntag war es dann aber weggeräumt.

Schöne saubere Wohnung, sehr gute Lage!

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und ist in einer Top Lage! Man hat Restaurants, Cafés, Supermärkte, Apotheke und Strand in unmittelbarer Nähe. Würde jeder Zeit wieder dahin.

Tolle Wohnung toller Ausblick

Alles sauber, alles vorhanden. Leider ist die Pizzeria unten im Haus wirklich eklig und es stinkt, da kann aber die Wohnung nichts für und sobald man im Haus ist riecht man den Gestank nicht, in der Wohnung auch nicht. Die ist wirklich schön und man kann einige Zeit zu viert hier schön wohnen und schlafen.

Beschreibung sollte Berichtigt werden!

Für 4 Personen ist die Unterkunft ungeeignet! Es gibt 2 Betten und 2 Schlafgelegenheiten Die eine ist eine Ecksitzgruppe, die Andere Ein 2sitzer Sofa wo man die Polster herausnehmen kann und auf den Boden legen muss! Daher musste 2 Freunde wo anders übernachten ! Die Durchfahrt zum gemieteten Parkplatz Ist für hohe Fahrzeuge nicht möglich! Man muss den gesamten Betrag ohne Stornierungsmöglichkeit voraus bezahlen! Bekommt aber erst 2 Tage davor die Adresse! Man nicht für 4 Leute! Wird aber, danach angeschrieben, dass nur 2x Bettwäsche und Handtücher dabei ist. Kostet extra! Das Treppenhaus ist voll mit alten Schränkchen und Schuhen. Vermutlich deswegen stinkt es auch entsprechend. Vom Brandschutz und vom freihalten von Fluchtwegen haben die nie etwas gehört ! Es gibt keinen Türöffner, also runterlaufen und Türe aufmachen . Die Fenster haben keinen Vorhang oder Jalousie das bedeutet mit der Sonne aufwachen . Die Zentrale Lage und Innerhalb der Wohnung saubere Räume, ist das einzige was nach meiner Meinung dafür spricht diese Wohnung zu mieten. Aber dann höchstens 2 Personen Mit freundlichen Grüßen Uwe 62 Jahre alt

Klein aber schick....

Das negative zuerst......😉 Leider riecht der Hausflur beim betreten des Hauses äußerst unangenehm, was man versucht mit Dufterfrischer zu verbessern. Gelingt nicht sooooo gut. Wenn man den schweren Koffer dann bis in die 3. Etage geschleppt hat, es gibt keinen Aufzug, betritt man eine kl. gemütlich eingerichtet und frisch renovierte DG-Wohnung, mit einem schönen Blick auf die Trave, die nur 1 Häuserzeile vor der Wohnung sich ihren Weg Richtung Ostsee sucht. Mehrmals täglich, auch in der Nacht, kommen die großen Ostseefähren um ihre Ladung zu löschen. Es war recht warm, sodass wir die Fenster Tag und Nacht geöffnet ließen. Das rächt sich wenn man vom Anlieferverkehr des Bäckers morgens um 4:00 Uhr geweckt wird. Das ist eben der DG-Wohnung geschuldet, die die Wärme von aussen gerne aufnimmt.....😉 Es gibt eine vollfunktionsfähige Küche mit Spülmaschine, welche wir allerdings nicht gebraucht haben. Wir haben die vielfältige Gastronomie genutzt. Die Fliesen im Bad sind sicher etwas Oldschool und zum Teil defekt, bzw. suboptimal erneuert worden, aber es war alles tip top sauber. Und das ist was zählt.....👍 Ja, wir würden wieder hinfahren.....😊

Tolle Unterkunft in super Lage

Für uns als Familie mit zwei kleinem Kindern war die Wohnung perfekt. Mit Blick auf die vorbeifahrenden Schiffe ein Traum. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet zum selber Kochen. Ein guter Pizzaservice ist aber auch gleich unten im Haus :) wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen! Vielen Dank.

Strandpromenade war sehr schön und Umgebungen

Es hätten 2 Räume für 4 Personen sein müssen , wegen der Kinder und der schlafmöglichkeit und Helligkeit. Es fehlte noch 1 schrank. Starke störung der möven durch frei stehende Mülltonnen .morgendlicher räuchergeruch der Fleischerei. Enge Auffahrt zum Parkplatz. Freundliche Nachbarn. Ansonsten ausreichend. Ausreichend für 2 Erwachsene. Betten hätten bequemer sein können. Fernseher funktionierte nicht. Fernseher funktioniert nicht. Gesamt 3
