You cannot beat the location. Sleeper sofa in the family room in addition to the King Bed in the bedroom. Completely private space with no common walls or floors. Enjoy the plush PURPLE mattress. We supply: All Linens, towels, pillows etc. Fully stocked kitchen, see pictures. Shampoo, Soap, Private laundry and soap.

Our comfortable, contemporary, and convenient 1 bedroom suite is located on tree-lined 1st Avenue directly behind the magnificent Cathedral of the Madeline -- and offers a pleasant two block stroll to the heart of Salt Lake at Temple Square, Convention Center and other downtown attractions.

Fully remodeled and newly appointed in 2021, our spacious suite features designer decorative flourishes with a pristine kitchen stocked with all new appliances, spices and utensils to prepare your meal with seating for up to 4. For entertainment, host the big game on the living room s cable-enabled 65 inch High Definition TV. Or drift off to sleep in our plush bed watching the 50 inch TV in the bedroom. We include covered parking for 1. There is a large storage room to store your bikes or skis.

The property has one bedroom and one newly remodeled bathroom. There is a new queen sleeper.

We are delighted to share our suite - an exceptional accommodation for 4 guests -- only a few quiet, safe luxury steps from the sights of downtown Salt Lake.

Great Place at a great location

This is the third straight year we've stayed at this location and have enjoyed it each time. The location is walkable and convenient, the apartment is well kept and has all the essentials for a two week stay. Highly recommended!

Stayed here for 2 months of the summer and it was wonderful! Fully stocked kitchen (supplies-wise) made it super easy to live here without having to buy anything extra. Toni was very communicative whenever I had problems and sent someone to fix the doorknob and smoke detector when I was having trouble! The apartment is beautiful with plenty of room and the bed is huge!

Pros and Cons for ancestral tourists in SLC

Pros: Well furnished, clean, and updated apartment in a great location while being a tourist in SLC. The home was nicely furnished with a comfy bed, an efficient kitchen and a great laundry area. Cons: Navigation in the bedroom and bathroom was tight. A disclaimer about the stairs to the apartment and the steep hill to the parking space would have been appreciated. Walking for someone with a disability was a struggle and loading and unloading luggage and supplies was difficult. Figuring out the TV and channel selection was challenging and frustrating as management never responded to our request for help. Overall our rental experience was a good one with just a few minor issues in a great neighborhood near downtown SLC.

Perfect little house just far enough away from the city that you have space and quite but close enough to walk to everything. The house had everything I needed and was very tastefully decorated. If I am every in SLC I would most certainly stay here again.
